We would like to choose the topic “roles in the school” for our presentation. Especially we will concentrate on the student roles within a class, for example which positions the different characters have in the class and how they work together.
We try to present these different role-situations in a film presentation.

That sound interesting! I would be interested to hear about problems in class settings, who gets in/excluded; who gets ignored; who needs special attention?
I see a two way strategy here: you try to reflect on your own identity as students but also on your identity as future professionals (eg.lecturers, trainers, teachers).
Another thought that hit me: what exactly defines these different characters and how can we prevent that teachers push students in this typical roles?
thanks for your comment.
that´s write, that there could be a two way strategy.
But I thought more about structure like this:
generally, what structures exist in a group and what influence this structures. (size, age,....)
which characters have which position and
how do they feel in a special position
can they also change position?
do / can the teacher influence the position of each student- if yes - how?
Is the teacher also influenced by the role a student has in class - concearning attention, marks,..
what effect has the role, a student has in class, for his/her further life? (this might be the most difficult part).
Are these too much point to work on?? Whould I better concentrate on just one ore two?
Should the work be quite scientific or more my own experiences and opinions of the topic or both??
I am looking forward to your answer
EVA
I think these general thoughts on group dynamics are very interesting and relevant. I am sure that this will be good material to put into film. To look at the effect of group experiences in class for a students' future life could be your key question...maybe it is not a question you will be able to answer completely... but you will definitely be able to discuss it! got team go!
